While cupcakes are a handy delicious treat, nothing announces a celebration more than a cake. In honor of my grandmother's 90th birthday on Friday, we made this scrumptious lemon angel food cake. With lemon cream cheese frosting, it's light and airy texture was a great finish to our meal.
