DIY Recipe: Chocolate Kaluha Cake

Although from scratch is always best, sometimes you need to fall back on your chocolate cake mix in your pantry! (You should always have at least one, in case of emergencies!). 
Here is a delicious recipe for a scrumptious chocolate Kaluhua Cake, that is as moist as it is simple!! (Recipe after the jump!)


What you need:
1 pkg Devil's Food Cake Mix
1 pkg instant chocolate pudding
2/3 cup oil
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup water
4 eggs

Mix ingredients until well blended and lump-free (abt 3 minutes on medium speed). Pour into greased bundt pan and back for 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees.

Immediately turn onto dish and brush with glaze (recipe below).

Glaze:
1 cup confectioner's sugar
1/3 cup Kaluhua

BEHIND THE APRON TIP: Why not whip up some fresh homemade whipped cream? Be sure to add about a tablespoon of confectioner's sugar to sweeten it up. We added lemon zest when we made this dessert, and it was absolutely divine! Pin It
