DIY recipe: Blueberry Salsa

It will be hard to find a match for this delicious salsa that doesn't knock your socks off. Try this recipe this weekend for a very refreshing patriotic twist on the favorite chips and salsa!

2 cups blueberries, roughly chopped 
1 cup blueberries, whole
juice from 1/2 lemon
3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
half of a medium sized red bell pepper, diced
1 small jalapeno, seeded and finely diced
1/2 teaspoon salt (or more to taste)

Combine and enjoy right away or let stand covered in the refrigerator for up to 8 hours.
