Have you ever???
A recent conversation with a colleague, regarding recipes and how important it is for a baker to familiarize themselves with the steps when conquering a new technique, got me thinking: Have you ever done something like misread the directions and put the temperature at 400 instead of 300?? What do you do next? Redo the batch or deal with it and eat what you've made? Talk about anger management!! Pin It
