Chocolate Peanut Butter Bliss - DIY RECIPE

This is a dessert that is perfect for your Valentine and/or that special one in your life that loves the combination of chocolate and peanut butter. Super easy, all you really need is chocolate cupcakes and peanut butter mousse. 
This peanut butter mousse recipe is a LP favorite, partially because it's such a cinch, and partially because this is one dish you will def find yourself licking the bowl of when you're done!! ;) 

BEHIND THE APRON TIP: Chocolate ganache (chocolate chips + heavy cream) is a delicious addition to give it an even more gourmet touch!

Peanut Butter Mousse Recipe:
Two 8 oz pkgs of cream cheese, room temp
1 jar of peanut butter
3 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup vanilla extract
2 cups heavy cream


Also need:
Chocolate sandwich cookies
Chocolate ganache
STEPS for Chocolate Peanut Butter Bliss:
1. Whip cream cheese and peanut butter with paddle attachment until fluffy. Add vanilla and confectioner’s sugar. Slowly combine heavy whipping cream and until texture is light and at desired consistency. 

2. Fill plastic bag with peanut butter mousse.

3. Cut cooled cupcake in half. 

4. Squeeze mousse onto bottom layer, cover with cookie crumbs.

5. Replace the top of the cupcake and put cake on a cooling rack, with a baking sheet beneath. 

6. Cover with melted chocolate. Let ganache drip until cool and serve on a plate with a fork.
